1. Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Customization Processing: For custom or made-to-order items are processed within 3-5 Bussiness Days. Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Order Confirmation: After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. You’ll also receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Domestic Shipping:
We offer various shipping options within India, with rates calculated at checkout based on location and delivery speed.
Estimated Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options are available for faster delivery.
- International Shipping:
We ship internationally to most locations. Rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time: International deliveries can take 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processes.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and do not account for unexpected delays due to shipping carrier issues, weather, or customs delays.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after shipping.

4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to -
Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Iraq, Syria, North Korea, Yemen, Sudan, Somalia, Libya, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s policies. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated by customs once the package arrives in your country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Damages and Issues

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages but will do our best to assist.
